Together with my team, I will take care of every detail – from creating a preparation timeline, setting and updating the budget, designing a unique concept for your wedding, selecting the perfect venue and vendors, curating the artistic and visual aspects, to the seamless execution of your entire wedding event.

Every element will be meticulously planned – following a comprehensive wedding day timeline, which will serve as a guide for all involved vendors.

Wedding day coordination is the perfect solution for you.

This service ensures peace of mind in the lead-up to your wedding, knowing that everything is under control. On the day of the event, you will be able to focus on celebrating, while we take care of every detail.

However, our work starts long before the wedding day.

We will thoroughly review all contracts and agreements with your vendors to ensure every detail is in place, allowing time for any necessary adjustments. Then, we will create a detailed wedding day timeline – a roadmap that ensures everything unfolds according to plan.

Our coordination process includes at least three meetings – in person or online.

Initial Meeting – we will get to know your needs and review all existing agreements with vendors. This is when you provide us with all signed contracts.

Planning Meeting – based on the information provided, we will create a comprehensive wedding day schedule and discuss all the details.

Final Walkthrough at Your Venue – we will meet at your wedding venue to go through the entire plan point by point, ensuring that you feel confident and comfortable with everything in place.

On the wedding day, we will be there with you every step of the way, making sure everything runs smoothly and any unexpected situations are handled immediately.

We recommend getting in touch at least 3-4 months before your wedding so that we have enough time to perfect every detail, giving you complete peace of mind and allowing you to fully enjoy your special day.
